Hi, I'm Kristin

the lady behind the camera here at June and Louise. Named after my two grandmothers -- fiercely independent, creative and with a deep appreciation for holding memories dear, this little photography business was born out of the true love for capturing moments of inspiration, joy and love. These moments include the timeless and traditional photos your family proudly hangs on the fridge but also the unexpected in between glimpses that strung together bring you back to the feeling and place of a memory. I first picked up a camera before high school and have always felt most joy with one in hand.

I consider myself a New Englander through and through. I love the coast and living near the ocean, but feel equally at peace hiking the Green Mountains in mud season. 

My husband and I live in an almost 200 year old apartment in a harbor front neighborhood and I find so much inspiration in the history and nature around us.

When I'm not taking photos a perfect weekend for me is discovering a new coffee shop or bookstore, antique hunting, a long bike ride to a familiar place and cooking a big dinner for my family on Sunday.

My approach to photography is to help you feel truly seen and capture the essence of your love. Whether it be with your partner, your family, your self, your brand -- I'd love to connect and help tell your story through imagery with a little soul.
